The NACD Fellowship is a comprehensive and continuous program of study that empowers Fellows with the latest insights, intelligence and leading boardroom practices—year after year.

“Joining the diverse and distinguished group of NACD Fellows committed to advancing the highest standards of boardroom excellence is an honor,” said Gerry Cunningham. “All the resources, insights, and national and local connections made through the NACD and NACD Fellowship continue to be meaningful additions to my non-profit and public/private company boardroom involvement.”

Gerry is an accomplished board chair, independent director, executive advisor, and global operating executive with expertise leveraging technology, digital transformation/IoT, strategic partnerships, and relationship expansion strategies driving growth and change. He has been Chairman of the VOA-GNY Board of Directors for the last four years and an independent director for 10 years.
